HUNTER
~If love could have saved you, you would have lived forever~
Hunter Scott Pfleiger Ford was born July 20, 1999 and at age 22, suddenly and unexpectedly took his last breath on Friday February 18, 2022 when he lost his battle against asthma. His family is grieving deeply over his sudden departure.
He will be missed immensely by his Mom, Brandie Wood and Step Dad Donnie Wood, his Father Jay Ford and Grandma Lu-Ann Pfleiger. He had a special relationship with each of his siblings that will never be replaced including his big sister Savanna Wood and his little brothers Cole Ford and Talon Wood.
Anyone that knew Hunter knew he loved to go fast. From the time he was able to walk, he loved anything with wheels. Bikes turned to skateboards, skateboards became cars. He loved his Dominos pizza and a big steak with no sides. He had a knack for anything animals and could bring a smile to the face of even the grumpiest baby. He was a quiet guy, but loved to laugh. One look in those brown eyes told you he cared. He had a good heart, he was thoughtful and he liked to be helpful. He enjoyed spending time with all of his favorite people and he will truly be missed more than words could ever explain.
Hunter enjoyed spending quality time with his girlfriend Maddy Westervelt, who he absolutely adored. They loved finding new restaurants and activities to do together while they dreamed about their future. He planned to propose soon and for them to be married by the end of the year. They wanted to travel for a few years before settling down to start their family. With this he gained a little sister and brother, Lacie and Blake, and another set of parents, Evan and Mandy Westervelt, who are also missing him tremendously.
Hunter will be remembered by his contagious laugh, warm smile and genuinity behind the words “I love you.”
